Jeffrey Howard
Head Coach, Head Programmer, CrossFit Teens Certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L3) B.S. Exercise Science: Health Fitness, Athletic Coaching Jeffrey has been participating in CrossFit since 2010 and loved it so much he basically dedicated his life to it... Between a Bachelor's in Exercise Science, his specialties in jump rope, dumbbells, kids, gymnastics, and being the only certified CrossFit trainer in the area, he's one of the highest quality coaches you will find.

Julie Bytwerk
Owner, CrossFit Coach CrossFit L1 Trainer Julie started CrossFit in 2020 and loved it so much she opened a gym! Julie does a lot of behind the scenes work but you can find her coaching every now and then and hanging around the gym doing random things. You will almost always know if Julie is nearby if you are greeted by a bulldog named Lolo looking for treats.

Holly Remacle
CrossFit Coach CrossFit L1 Trainer Holly has been participating in CrossFit since 2018. She started shortly after having a baby and has been a consistent member ever since. Holly decided to pursue her CF-L1 in 2019 and started coaching CrossFit shortly after, but she has 20+ years of coaching experience prior to starting CrossFit Holly primarily coaches on Thursday nights. Courtney Howard
CrossFit Coach, CrossFit Kids Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach CrossFit L2 Trainer, CrossFit Kids Trainer, Precision Nutrition L1 Coach Courtney has been in the CrossFit world since 2016. Fun fact: Courtney WON her CF-L1 from CrossFit HQ back in 2018 and was pursuing a degree in math and physical education at the time, so she was thrilled to expand her knowledge in CrossFit. Courtney coaches our younger CrossFit kids classes when they are offered and coaches the Saturday classes. She loves a good warm-up game, so we encourage coming out to play. :)
