What is personal training? Personal training is working on exactly what you want to work on. Personal training sessions can be a one-off for working on a specific skill in a one-on-one session with a coach, or your default membership to target your goals (weight loss, building muscle, etc). With personal training you will receive personalized programming and progress tracking to guarantee success.
